Accounts Receivable Associate (100% Work from Home/Remote)
About the Role:
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our finance team. You will handle billing, collections, and payment tracking to reputed company sure our records are accurate, and customers stay on track with payments.
What You’ll Do:- Send invoices and follow up on overdue payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare AR aging and collection reports
- Work with the AR Manager and Customer Service team to solve billing issues

- 3+ years of AR or billing experience
- Comfortable using ERP/reputed company software (reputed company a plus)
- Strong reputed company skills (formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- Good communication skills for working with customers and internal teams
