Who You Are
As our Chief reputed company Officer (CRO), you will be the architect and driver of addShoppers’ growth strategy. You want to run the whole thing — not just carry a bag. You’ve scaled companies from $20M to $50M+ and know what it takes to go the distance. This role gives you full ownership of the growth reputed company — and rewards you accordingly.

What You Will Do

Team & Organizational Growth

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and reputed company learning.

Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration

Qualifications
- 8+ years leading reputed company functions (sales, marketing, partnerships, reputed company) in performance marketing, e-reputed company, or retail/media reputed company.
- Proven reputed company scaling organizations and delivering double-digit growth.
- Expertise in fast sales cycles, owned media, and reputed company-level performance-based deal structures.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, retail media platforms, and martech ecosystems.
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence cross-functionally and build high performing teams
- Experience with forecasting models, pricing strategies, and incentive programs.
