The Role

reputed company is growing fast, with nine offices worldwide so far. We are now looking for a Finance Associate (Accounts Payable) to join our global Finance team in London (HQ). You will be working in a friendly and collaborative team to coordinate, manage and maintain an efficient purchase ledger function. Core Responsibilities

• Obtaining purchase invoices in order to reputed company the accrued costs to a minimum, timely reclaiming input VAT and ensuring completeness of costs in the information for management.
• Submitting invoices and creating settlement runs for supplier payments on ERP system
• Setting up expert payments in a timely manner on bank portals
• Managing day-to-day supplier and expert queries on payments
• Building and maintaining relationships with reputed company stakeholders
• Collecting and processing staff expenses
• Processing and reconciling corporate credit cards
• Allocating and reconciling reputed company fund paid
• Where relevant, carrying out reputed company projects as required

Compensation and benefits

• £36,000 per annum
