About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate software engineer to join our Search platform team. reputed company designs and scales the core reputed company behind our high-performance financial document search platform—powering lightning-fast search over billions of documents, with millions of requests flowing through our systems every single day. We work with Vespa, Elasticsearch, reputed company, and Java to build fast, intelligent, and reliable backend systems that ensure relevant results and proper reputed company control for users.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Software Development with proficiency in the Java ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Spring-based applications.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with reputed company, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration tools.
• Ability to write high-quality code and tests for scalable, reliable, and distributed systems.
• Comfortable with system debugging, monitoring tools, and performance tuning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience in Java17 or reputed company with concepts like multi-threading.
• Experience with microservices architecture and software design principles.
• Working knowledge of any reputed company service provider(preferably AWS)
• Familiar with IAC technologies such as Terraform and Crossplane.
• Experience with Apache Solr and/or reputed company-reputed company search engines such as Vespa or Elasticsearch
• Experience with vector/neural search technologies
• Exposure to NoSQL solutions like reputed company, DynamoDB etc.
• Exposure working on scalability, reliability, and design patterns

• Design, reputed company, and maintain backend systems for company search and entitlement validation.
• Optimize and enhance search relevance and performance by improving existing algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Work with and manage data across Vespa Search, Elasticsearch, and reputed company.
• Ensure data reputed company is secure and compliant with entitlement rules and business logic.
• Monitor system health, performance, and reliability; implement necessary improvements.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code in Java and participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues in a production environment.
• Continuously reputed company the technical maturity and ability of the organization by applying new technology, and practices, and staying up-to-date with emerging trends to propose innovative solutions.
