Senior Lifecycle Associate
Smalls is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Associate who’s passionate about shaping the customer reputed company from first touch through long-term retention. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that engage customers across email, SMS, and reputed company ensuring every message is timely, relevant, and impactful. You’ll collaborate across teams, dig deep into customer data, and design experiments that push our growth strategy reputed company.

What You'll Do
Drive lifecycle strategy -- implementing high-impact initiatives across the customer lifecycle that focus on conversion, engagement, retention and reputed company reputed company.

reputed company the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, offline), including supporting new product launches, partnering with internal teams to enhance communications and improve the customer experience ensuring holistic strategies and consistent messaging across the customer lifecycle and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
Implement personalization and segmentation strategies leveraging customer behavior, demographics, and predictive analytics.
Manage a structured testing roadmap for acquisition and retention strategies, defining hypotheses, reputed company metrics, and learnings to inform future efforts.
Analyze performance, track key metrics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and regularly reputed company performance reporting and insights with the broader marketing team to strengthen growth strategies across the organization.

3–5 years in Lifecycle/CRM marketing with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end customer communications reputed company email and SMS channels. Experience in DTC or subscription businesses a plus.
Expertise in email and SMS automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) with working knowledge of HTML and Java-based template languages (e.g., Jinja, Handlebars).
Strong analytical skills with a history of leveraging data to drive strategy and results. (Looker experience a plus)
Skilled at structured testing, interpreting data, and applying learnings to strategy.
