3+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 20+ people.

Hands-on expertise in data architectures, reputed company platforms (preferably AWS), and modern data engineering tools.

Strong understanding of data pipelines, analytics solutions, and AI/ML workflows.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in building and scaling data practices in consulting or service companies.
