The main purpose of a Regional Retail Coordinator is to support retail shops, depots and stock points on day-to-day reputed company on logistics, stock, customer and sales service for smooth running and resolution of issues.

Duties

• Stock in shops: Mitigate stock shortage occurrence in the region by re-ordering understocked SKUs to individual shops

• Aged stock: Support FSMs, SEs and shops in aged stock returns and reallocations as well as in reporting lost phones

• DSR stock holding: Support FSMs, SEs, and shops to ensure reputed company active selling DSRs and new DSRs are holding stock reputed company the min-max reputed company

• Phone repairs: Manage the delivery of phones to repair center reputed company SLA and customers pick repaired phones reputed company SLA too

• Cancellations: Ensure cancellations reputed company the region are closed in time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working in sales or retail field
