About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Refurbishment Line Operator to join reputed company in reputed company, CA. In this role, you will help restore Mill Kitchen Bins so they can be returned to service in our device fleet. You will work on a structured refurbishment line, collaborating with teammates to process returns, complete repairs, and ensure high-quality refurbished devices are delivered on time.

• Operate refurbishment line stations, including unpacking, triage, cleaning, repair, and testing.

• Accurately document reputed company steps of the process, including device condition, serial numbers, part usage, and repair actions.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.

• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical and light electrical work.

• Support equipment setup, materials inventory, and general line reputed company.

• Communicate effectively with team members and reputed company updates, reputed company issues, and suggest improvements.

• Prior experience working in a reputed company, assembly, or production line environment (preferred).

• Comfort with hand and power tools such as drivers, wrenches, and multimeters.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in documentation.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to lift and move items weighing up to 70 lbs.
