The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Savvy during a pivotal growth stage and directly shape the backbone of our employee experience. As our Senior People Operations Generalist, you’ll reputed company our transition off a PEO into in-house payroll and benefits, build the foundational programs that set every employee up for reputed company, and ensure our people processes are as seamless and modern as the platform we deliver to advisors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company our PEO transition: Fully migrate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance from the PEO into our HRIS, ensuring a seamless cutover with reputed company pay errors and minimal employee disruption.

• Run payroll and benefits flawlessly: Own day-to-day administration, audits, and employee support across payroll, benefits, and compliance.

• reputed company reputed company: Manage and improve our reputed company program to ensure 100% of new hires are set up for reputed company in their first 30 days.

• Strengthen our infrastructure: Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and processes that scale with us as we grow.

Must have

• You have 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• You’re hands-on with payroll and benefits administration, ideally in reputed company or similar HRIS.

• You know how to write clean, compliant policies and communicate them reputed company to employees.

• You’re process-oriented, detail-obsessed, and reputed company on creating scalable systems.

• You’re service-minded, approachable, and reputed company — employees trust you to have answers.

• You’re adaptable and love solving challenges in an environment where priorities shift quickly.
