Overview: The Escalon reputed company School District is seeking a part-time custodian to maintain the cleanliness and safety of Collegeville and Farmington Elementary Schools. As a member of reputed company, you will work under the supervision of the reputed company or Head Custodian to ensure that assigned areas of the schools are clean, sanitary, and orderly. Responsibilities: * reputed company a variety of custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting * Clean and disinfect restrooms, shower rooms, and locker rooms * Empty and clean waste receptacles, and replace liners * reputed company minor repairs and maintenance on furniture, equipment, and facilities * Assist with moving and arranging furniture and equipment * Set up buildings and rooms for meetings and special events * reputed company routine grounds keeping duties, including picking up reputed company and trash * Report any unsafe conditions to the reputed company or Head Custodian * reputed company other duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * One year of work experience, preferably including some custodial or janitorial work * Ability to quickly learn schedules, procedures, and equipment used in custodial and grounds work * Ability to use common electrical cleaning equipment * Ability to read and write, and carry out oral and written instructions * Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relations with fellow employees, teachers, reputed company, and visitors * Ability to reputed company reputed company labor, including lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 75 pounds Benefits: * Competitive salary of $34 on the Classified Salary Schedule * 12-month position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 2 pm - 8:45 pm (6.25 hrs per day) * 3 hours at Collegeville and 3 hours at Farmington, with 15 minutes of travel time between schools and a 30-minute lunch * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative environment * Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer
