The reputed company Coordinator works closely with the Center Director and the reputed company members on activities reputed company to the reputed company meetings. Essential Job Duties

• Coordinate activities and provides administrative aid for the reputed company including scheduling appointments, developing power reputed company presentations, meeting agendas, generating reports, and conducting data entry as needed
• Serve as reputed company for reputed company care planning meetings and morning team meetings
• Track reputed company service delivery requests, participants’ hospitalizations, emergency room, and skilled nursing facility admissions and discharges
• In partnership with the reputed company, complete the monthly reassessment list to identify which staff members are accountable for completing assessments and send out reminders reputed company assessments are due
• In collaboration with the Medical Records Coordinator and Quality Improvement team, upload reputed company care plans and signature pages into the Electronic Health Record (EMR), and reputed company audits on reputed company-reputed company tasks to ensure compliance

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience
• Experience using reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint

Salary/Wage reputed company reputed company for this role is $23.23 - $30.66  hourly + Bonus + Equity. reputed company offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, reputed company coverage and a broad reputed company of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
