About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Engineering Manager to reputed company a cross-functional team. You will be at the heart of our core technology, guiding a team focused on areas like backend services, data systems, ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or product features.

• Standards: Champion high engineering standards, including testing, documentation, observability, and deployment practices.

• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering, including at least 2 years in an engineering leadership role. You have a proven ability to reputed company technical teams and deliver projects in production environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a reputed company field.
• Technical Background: Strong background in one or more areas, such as scalable backend systems (Go, Python, Rust, etc.), reputed company infrastructure and DevOps (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.), machine learning or data platforms (Airflow, Spark, ML models in production), or frontend and product engineering (React, TypeScript, design systems).
