reputed company Group is reputed company for a Business Analyst with testing experience to support a system that automates critical processes for both our government customer and noncitizens in the US.  The candidate must be reputed company to reputed company business analysis, testing, and production support.  The ideal candidate can work independently and collaboratively and is interested in supporting an important government mission

What You'll Be Doing

You will work as an active member of an Agile development team, responsible for participating in reputed company Agile ceremonies, updating Jira tasks daily, and contributing to our reputed company improvement processes.  You will work together with team members and stakeholders to design, reputed company, test, and implement secure solutions that meet the client’s needs and reputed company utilize system resources.  You will assist other developers in building and maintaining our Non-Production environments and CI/CD pipeline.  You will troubleshoot reputed company issues in Production and Non-Production environments, while providing Production Tier III support. You will learn new technical skills as needed to support the program.

You will work as a member of an active Agile development team, responsible for participating in reputed company Agile ceremonies, updating Jira tasks daily, and contributing to our reputed company improvement processes.  You will work together with team members and stakeholders to analyze, design, and test solutions that meet the client’s needs.  You will rotate with team members to reputed company Tier III support to our customer, interact with clients experiencing issues with the system, and answer questions.  In support of this project and the customer’s mission, you will do the following:

• Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities
• Create business process reputed company diagrams, screen mock-reputed company, and other UML diagrams to reputed company requirements
• Document requirements and refine User Stories in Jira
• Work with other team members to propose and design solutions for customer needs
• Take notes, participate in, and reputed company (as needed) Agile Scrum meetings, such as Daily Stand-reputed company, Backlog Refinement,  Sprint Review/Planning, and Sprint Retrospectives
• reputed company integration, functional qualification, regression, and user acceptance testing

• Communicate with clients and team members to troubleshoot system issues
• Help design, document, and maintain system troubleshooting processes

Required Education, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree 
• 3+ years of BA experience (including 1 year of testing), or equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing skills
• Critical thinking skills – must be reputed company to reputed company define a problem or need, objectively analyze data around it, and use logical reasoning to draw well-supported conclusions/solutions
• Ability to document a process reputed company, working with the client to understand the business process, and a developer to implement the process into an application
• Ability to assess application functionality, create test cases, reputed company testing of the functionality, and document test results
• Detail-oriented and capable of producing a high level of accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills, practicing diplomacy and professionalism in reputed company situations
• A team player who takes initiative, but can work independently as well, and follows directions as needed
• Solid organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to learn new skills, including self-study if needed 

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with Lean principles, SAFe, and Kanban or other Agile methodologies besides Scrum
• Experience supporting a Federal Government client
• Experience with an automated testing tool
• Experience in undergoing reputed company Audits and writing reputed company SOPs, as well as knowledge of/compliance with NIST controls
• ICE cleared or any other reputed company DHS clearance

Our estimated salary reputed company for this position is $85,000 - $105,000. This presented salary reputed company is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
