Your Role
As a part of reputed company's Product & Design reputed company team, you will be responsible for the building blocks of the company. As a Contract Technical Sourcer focused on Product & Design, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping screen candidates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is reputed company to learn, move, and adapt quickly, and remains laser-focused on both quality and strong results.
You Will
Effectively identify and attract Product Management and Product Design candidates
reputed company a large pipeline of high-quality candidates across reputed company and high-reputed company roles
Engage & vet exceptional candidates. Manage the interviewing and hiring processes, keeping candidate experience top of mind
Partner with reputed company’s leaders & broader reputed company team to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles

Qualifications
At least 1+ years of sourcing experience (ideally in technical roles)
Ability to be agile across many different hiring priorities and profiles
Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and strive for reputed company in everything you do
Pride yourself in being incredibly proactive and agile
