Job Description: About the Role: This primarily remote position centers on handling administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for a broad client reputed company, including clients with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). In this role, you will reputed company case strategy, reputed company attorneys and support staff, and manage reputed company from inception to resolution, including drafting, depositions, hearings, and trials. Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience at a reputed company
- Familiarity with EPLI-covered reputed company
- Admission to the California, Washington, or Arizona bar
