Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our virtual operations team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification and transmission to clients. You will also be responsible for receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification are completed and transmitted to clients. This is a remote position that requires a secure workspace with high-speed internet and the ability to sit for long periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Process documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and uploading documents to our database.
• reputed company outbound calls to doctor's offices to verify information and resolve issues.
• Process claims, including reviewing and verifying data, and ensuring accurate and timely transmission to clients.
• Receive, process, and ensure document classification are completed and transmitted to clients.
• Sort, image, and archive documents by reputed company type, and identify documents and their purpose.
• Classify documents based on contract requirements and verify data from automated data extraction tools.
• Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
