Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Contact Center Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls reputed company to service inquiries and sales
- Providing customers with detailed information regarding available services, including pricing and benefits
- Utilizing consultative selling techniques to promote services effectively and encourage purchases
- Developing a thorough understanding of our service offerings and how they are influenced by environmental factors
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote additional sales
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating information in the CRM system
- Conducting property measurements as necessary
- Handling collections and managing accounts to maximize receivables
- Upholding confidentiality regarding customer and company information
- Demonstrating clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
- Executing additional duties as assigned by the Contact Center Service Manager
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to approach customer inquiries with a consultative reputed company
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field is preferred
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inbound or outbound sales, customer service, or call center roles, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
