• 4 days in office at Montreal

• Guides, supports, and removes obstacles rather than commanding; empowers teams to self-organize.

• Expert at running PI Planning, ART syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and cross-team ceremonies.

 • Helps teams and stakeholders align, reputed company informed trade-offs, and drive reputed company without overstepping ownership.

What You’ll Bring with You

• 5+ years of experience.
• Candidate must be currently based in Montreal.
• Must work on-site (hybrid) in Montreal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
