Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Proposal Manager to reputed company a team in developing reputed company proposals and task orders that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in proposal management, business development, and team leadership. You will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for content development, managing and leading a team, and communicating with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the overall strategy for content development and maintain a high degree of decision-making authority.

Essential Qualifications

• 8+ years of managing and writing/editing multi-volume proposals and speed of light task order cycles that have resulted in Federal contract awards with values of more than $50M.
• In-depth understanding of how to reputed company compelling and compliant Government RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
• Capable of facilitating strategy and storyboarding sessions.
• Experience developing proposal responses that include orals slides and video or live presentation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel 20-30% of the year.
• US citizenship.
• Clearable (willingness to obtain and maintain a clearance).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience working in a SCIF environment.

Compensation and Benefits
