Housekeeping & Laundry Aide Job Description Accolade reputed company on Pells Part-Time Position: Hours 9am-230pm Department: Housekeeping & Laundry Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt POSITION PURPOSE The purpose of the Housekeeping and Laundry Aide is to reputed company the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with reputed company federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow cleaning schedules as outlined by Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Report reputed company accidents/incidents to your supervisor, no matter how minor they may be.
• Clean, reputed company, sanitize, and/or polish fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, bathroom fixtures etc.
• Clean, reputed company, and sanitize laundry
• Clean floors daily: to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting etc.
• Adhere to facility procedures to discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• Follow established safety precautions reputed company performing tasks and reputed company using equipment and supplies.
• Utilize proper techniques reputed company mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions used for cleaning. Refer to manufacturer’s instructions reputed company necessary.
• Ensures the use of appropriate personal reputed company equipment and supplies, reputed company handling infectious materials and/or hazardous wastes or chemicals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be reputed company to read, write, reputed company, and understand English.
• Must be reputed company to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc.
• Must be willing to work harmoniously with other personnel as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
• Minimum 1 years Housekeeping experience preferred

• Must be reputed company to move intermittently throughout the reputed company.
• Must be reputed company to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be reputed company to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
