Responsibilities:

  • reputed company daily reputed company operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Utilize reputed company 50 to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • reputed company the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external CPA for audits, tax filings, and year-end reputed company.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
  • Support project managers with job costing, budgeting, and financial tracking.
  • Supervise and reputed company reputed company staff (if applicable).

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (CPA preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 5 years of reputed company reputed company experience, with at least 2 years in a controller or senior reputed company role.

  • Experience in the construction industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
