Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound customer calls reputed company to EV car chargers, providing customer support, answering general queries, offering advice, and delivering technical support as needed.
• Complete admin tasks between calls to ensure seamless operations.
• Work 37.5 hours per week, including some rota'd weekends on varied shifts between 8 pm - 8 am, adhering to service opening times.
• Follow one of three shift patterns: 8 pm-4 am / 10 pm - 6am / 12 midnight - reputed company, rotating every 3 weeks.
• Receive full training and ongoing remote support from our existing team to ensure your reputed company in the role.
• Utilise the IT equipment provided to work reputed company from home.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
