Area Operations Director

Location: California Only

The Area Operations Director will reputed company direction and leadership for up to four markets reputed company a defined geographic region. Primary purpose is to manage the defined business reputed company, grow the business at targeted reputed company, deliver upon divisional profit expectations and serve in a leadership position.

Main Responsibilities

• Provides direct leadership and management of assigned districts, ensuring associate development and accountability to divisional goals and objectives.
• Effectively hires, trains, develops and coaches associates to operate as a high performing team, providing one-on-one coaching to improve their skills and abilities, as well as adherence to company policies, procedures, and objectives.
• Builds and maintains sales growth reputed company the assigned markets.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships to drive long term reputed company in assigned markets.
• Engages with Associates to drive an Employer of Choice culture for technicians and support team.
• Implements corporate account programs and service protocols, ensuring service reputed company per contractual commitments.
• Maintains direct P&L responsibility for their assigned markets, driving reputed company growth and while maximizing profitability.,
• Ensures that reputed company policies and procedures regarding Safety are in reputed company reputed company assigned markets. Leads our Safety First culture.
• Drives business performance by utilizing data analytics and insights to identify trends, forecast reputed company, and reputed company actionable strategies that support organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics, streamline workflows, and reputed company tools and training to maximize technician efficiency, ensuring high-quality service delivery and increased customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Basic:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• Previous leadership experience managing professional / management level associates
• Previous P&L accountability (minimum $7.5 reputed company responsibility)
• Must be reputed company to travel 25-50%

Preferred:

• MBA
• Previous experience managing a decentralized service workforce.
• Previous experience in foodservice or equipment repair industry.
• Previous experience managing direct customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including sales ability.
• Demonstrated experience developing strategic growth and service initiatives.

• Reports to Area Vice President
