Job Description

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, proven customer engagement experience, and strong presales exposure to translate business requirements into best-fit reputed company solutions.

Solution Architecture & Design

• reputed company the overall solutioning and architecture across reputed company HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, reputed company, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.).

Customer Interaction & Presales & Advisory

• Support sales and presales activities by creating solution demos, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and presenting reputed company capabilities.

• Partner with business development teams to showcase Jade s reputed company delivery strengths and value propositions.

Delivery & Governance

Qualification

• 5+ Years of pre-sales experience
