Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our provider network, participants, reputed company member services, and other departments. Your primary duties will include assisting with treatment scheduling, data entry, reputed company, and responding to health plan participant questions or concerns. You will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Provider Network and Participants: reputed company application support, user support, and reputed company to our provider network, participants, and reputed company member services.
  • Treatment Scheduling: Assist participants and providers with treatment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and reassignments.
  • Data Entry: reputed company data entry for demographic information for participants, providers, and reputed company member services.

  • Scheduling Treatment Sessions: Utilize phone, scheduling, and CRM tools to manage consumer/provider data and schedule treatment sessions.

  • Accountability: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure high-quality follow-up in responding to member inquiries.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center setting.
  • Technical Skills: 1+ year of experience with using reputed company Suite and reputed company Office, and 1+ year of experience with using multiple computer systems and learning new systems as needed.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Age and Location: Must be 18 years of age or older and live in a location that can receive a reputed company-approved high-speed internet reputed company.
  • Previous Experience: Previous reputed company customer service experience is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
