Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative (French/English) to work from home and reputed company exceptional customer support to our clients. As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work with our clients reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or online interactions, providing support and resolving common issues and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in resolving basic technical issues

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• A quiet and distraction-free home environment for working
• Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge
• Multitasking abilities
• Desire to learn new technologies
• A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing
• High-speed internet (no wireless/ hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a home-based customer service role
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience with technology products and services
