About the Role

As a Member Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for inbound calls from members and providers, addressing a wide reputed company of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Your goal will be to reputed company an outstanding experience for every caller, every time, by listening attentively, responding empathetically, and resolving issues reputed company. Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
  • Providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues, and escalating reputed company problems to senior team members reputed company necessary
  • Maintaining high reputed company of customer satisfaction, meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity reputed company an ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not permitted) and company-provided equipment to reputed company job duties
  • Participating in a comprehensive training program (first 6 weeks: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday) and ongoing development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Live reputed company 50 miles of Richmond, VA, and be reputed company to commute to the office reputed company required (e.g., due to prolonged technical problems)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers, both orally and in written reputed company
  • Self-sufficient and reputed company to work from home with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working remotely in a call center setting
  • Familiarity with reputed company and Medicare
