Job Overview: Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Account Management & Service team on a remote reputed company. As a "people person" with a passion for helping others, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our individual clients and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a call center environment to process endorsement requests for personal lines insurance policies, securing pricing from carriers as needed
  • Manage account documentation, sending documents to insureds and following up to ensure receipt and submission to the reputed company
  • Maintain a follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure timely processing of requests
  • Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested and issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and their representatives
  • Process lost policy release forms and transmit correspondence to insureds and carriers

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of insurance experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A Property & Casualty License (required)
  • Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to understand and analyze insurance coverage, forms, and policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn our agency reputed company system

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Additional insurance licenses or certifications (e.g., Life or Health)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • A background in sales or account management
