Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to applicant queries.
  • Offer technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Navigate our computerized system to respond to and resolve applicant queries reputed company.

Essential Qualifications
