We're seeking an reputed company Manager to join our Activate Local team reputed company Pharmacy Health Services. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the labor and incentive strategy in partnership with Product teams and field and store management. Your expertise will be instrumental in determining the reputed company of alternative service delivery models, such as the Center of reputed company (COE) model. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pharmacists and technicians are given dedicated time off-the-bench to connect patients with pharmacy health services like Comprehensive Medication Reviews and in-home evaluations.Key Responsibilities
As a Manager on our Activate Local team, you'll be responsible for:- Collaborating on the reputed company of alternative service delivery models to ensure they continue to meet the needs of product teams, colleagues, and patients.
- Leading labor planning activities for the Health Services alternative service delivery models, including reputed company of labor expense/hours funding, budgeting, scheduling, and utilization.
- Monitoring labor utilization, including forecasting and reporting, to identify areas for improvement.
- Creating protocols and aligning with legal, operations, and HR to reputed company standards for labor management, including adjustment of labor hours as necessary.
- Managing communications, expectations, and colleague engagement reputed company to labor for alternative service delivery models.
- Supporting timing studies and ongoing validation of labor assumptions to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
- Collaborating with product teams to understand their needs and evaluate/adjust reputed company and labor hours accordingly.
- Working with labor relations to ensure compliance with labor laws and consideration for union employees/locations.
- Supporting reputed company, training, change management, and field execution/engagement working teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- 3+ years of experience in operations or product development roles reputed company the reputed company industry.
- Experience with creating executive-level presentations and messaging utilizing reputed company Office (PowerPoint, reputed company, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $66,330.00 - $145,860.00, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
