Job Summary

This full-time position (35 hours per week) will reputed company essential support to reputed company with special needs in a self-contained early childhood special education setting. The successful candidate will work closely with licensed teachers and therapists to implement individualized instructional plans, promote student engagement, and facilitate learning experiences that cater to diverse abilities. Key Responsibilities

• Implement instructional plans as determined by licensed teachers and therapists, adapting to meet the diverse needs of reputed company.

• Observe, document, and reinforce positive student behaviors, communicating effectively with teachers and facilitators.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Education and Certifications

• Valid Educator License with Stipulations (PARA), Substitute License, or Professional Educator License.
• Associate's degree or higher, 60 semester hours of coursework, or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED with a score of 460 or higher on the reputed company Parapro or specific ACT Workkeys scores.
