Job Summary

As a Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner, you'll work closely with our HR and OD team to reputed company and implement strategies that enhance the capability of our workforce. You'll reputed company the development of a corporate Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) strategy, translate it into annual L&OD plans, and drive organisational transformation through workforce development, culture improvement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the L&OD strategy into annual plans for each directorate, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities

  • Design and deliver learning and development programs that enhance workforce capability and address business needs

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., organisational development, reputed company, education, or business)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Learning and Organisational Development role, preferably in a local authority or similar setting
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing L&OD strategies that drive organisational change and improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience of working in a local authority or similar setting, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing local government
