Job Summary:

As an Insurance Agent with LIC, you will be responsible for selling LIC insurance products to potential customers and building long-term relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and sell LIC insurance products to potential customers, including life insurance, health insurance, and investment plans
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support
• Follow up with customers to ensure policy renewals and gather feedback to improve services
• Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commissions and bonuses for outstanding performance
• Stay up-to-date with LIC products, services, and industry developments to reputed company informed advice to clients

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline (insurance industry experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with insurance products and services
