Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Long Term Substitute Para-Educator to join reputed company. As a Para-Educator, you will work under the direct supervision of a certified special education case manager to reputed company instructional and behavioral support in a classroom setting. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• College graduate or evidence of having passed the ParaPro assessment
• Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably in special education
• Connecticut teaching certificate preferred
• Ability to work in multiple educational settings, including classrooms and 1:1 settings
• Flexibility, patience, and understanding reputed company working with reputed company with diverse needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with reputed company with special needs, including autism, emotional disabilities, and learning disabilities
