Job Summary

As a Logistics Coordinator - Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes. You'll be responsible for accurately logging trailer information, managing yard operations, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient delivery and pickup of goods. Key Responsibilities

• Trailer Logging and Yard Management: reputed company in and log trailer status, including trailer number, seal number, trailer status (full or empty), tractor number, load number, date, and time.
• Inbound and Outbound Trailer Management: Review reputed company inbound and outbound trailers on log sheets, reputed company loads into warehouse, transportation, and yard management systems.
• Yard Checks and Inventory Management: Conduct daily yard checks, reconcile yard checks with yard stock, and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Communication and Coordination: Schedule and communicate trailer movements to switchers, dock managers, and transportation planners, direct drivers to designated areas in the yard.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure completion of reputed company necessary paperwork, records, and documentation, maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
