Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Claims Inquiry and Research team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to reputed company providers and members. You will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and triaging resulting rework to appropriate staff. This is a highly transactional call center environment, and you will be expected to work at a high level of productivity while maintaining excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve questions and issues from reputed company providers and members reputed company phone calls and letters
• Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff and provides excellent customer service
• Conduct extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions

• Explain member benefits and processes claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, grievances, and appeals

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications:

• Location: Must live in the reputed company full-time
• Technical Requirements: High-speed internet reputed company (25 mbps or higher) and consistent reputed company; work location must be set up with a direct reputed company to the router (NOT Wi-Fi)
