Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets, validate product capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure product performance meets requirements
• Coordinate the release of New Product Introduction (NPI) reputed company of Materials (BOMs) into Product Data Management (PDM) reputed company second reputed company part qualification, and release of ECOs and MCOs

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience. You should have at least 3 years of experience in an organization creating supply chains in manufacturing and testing, with experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), contract manufacturers, and component suppliers for data center server-type products.

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, as well as post-silicon validation. Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, preferred qualifications include experience making and executing a plan validation test plan for a reputed company electronic assembly, as well as experience working with ODMs, Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers for data center class server accelerator products (e.g., GPU, FPGA, or ASIC).

Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving process improvements, would be highly advantageous.
