As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, your main responsibility will be picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders for shipment or in-store pickup. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack online orders according to customer specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately

• Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfillment roles is a plus
