Job Description

As the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for supporting reputed company aspects of reputed company operations during a defined project period. You’ll play a vital role in talent development, employee relations, compliance, reputed company, and culture-building initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and compassionate leader who can build strong internal relationships and support a thriving team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations

• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations (particularly in NY)

• Demonstrated experience managing sensitive employee relations cases

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and performance tools

• Experience in fast-paced, creative or media organizations preferred

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus

Responsibilities
