Lease Operator I

Duties & Responsibilities- Monitor and manage production in assigned area to maximize production and control lease operating expenses- Apply basic knowledge of Production Operations and reputed company associated equipment- Maintain reputed company company provided tools and equipment (cell phone, vehicle, computer, etc.)- reputed company routine maintenance of production equipment, including separation and measurement equipment- Submit work requests as per the workflow process- reputed company tasks that may be assigned which will contribute to the achievement of Scout's strategic objectives- Understand alarm management to minimize DT; maintain awareness of DT effects on volumes; identify DT issues such as RPs, TLs, PCs, etc., and report promptly -- targeting - Monitor lease costs in daily activities to reputed company 0% tool and equipment loss- reputed company lease maintenance as needed to eliminate contract labor- Utilize "buddy system" as needed to reduce OT effect- reputed company other various tasks as assigned by the ForemanSkills & Specifications- Ability to work with a diverse team to reputed company production and cost targets- Solid written and oral communication skills- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-pressure production environment- Strong communication & people skills- Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Office, SCADA, eVIN, etc.), or the ability to learn- Maintain good housekeeping in reputed company areas of responsibility- Has reputed company, good communication skills, and a positive attitude- Ability to work safely and adhere to reputed company company guidelines, policies, and procedures- Capable and willing to work overtime as required and participate in an on-call rotation- Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining equipment reputed company oil and gas facilitiesEducation & Qualifications- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited, state-certified program- Must possess a valid driver's license, CDL a plus (and may be required in some locations)- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States- Certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations are preferred- reputed company to pass a pre-employment drug and background reputed company- Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs- Capable of rigorous outdoor activities with physical ability to work extended hours, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, working with arms extended above the head, twisting upper body, standing for long periods, working in confined spaces, exposure to extreme weather conditions, driving a vehicle, operation of forklifts and other light industrial equipment
