Required experience: ?? 1 year or more in the Customer Service industry ?? Previous call center experience highly preferred

Responsibilities: ?? Assist customers with billing inquiries and general issues relating to Internet purchases ?? Issue membership cancellations ?? Field in-bound calls ?? Qualifications: ?? High school diploma or equivalent ?? Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs. ?? Proficiency navigating the Internet ?? Ability to multitask and adapt to changes ?? Must be over 18 years of age
