Position Overview
The Educational Consultant serves as a content expert and brand ambassador, supporting the full customer lifecycle from presale to implementation. This role involves creating and delivering content-specific aspects of sales presentations, developing implementation and professional development plans, providing training, and serving as a trusted advisor/coach throughout pilots and initial implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Expertise: Serve as a leader and mentor to internal teams on reputed company content and product knowledge, building employee knowledge and expertise, and awareness of our position in the field of Early Childhood.
- reputed company and Training: Support the reputed company of new employees in reputed company aspects of our content and products, and build a program of reputed company content and product learning for customer-facing teams and those developing products for the field.
- Sales and Implementation: Partner with the Sales and Partner reputed company Teams to grow reputed company and strengthen implementation of our solutions through leading content-specific aspects of sales presentations, developing detailed and individualized implementation plans, and serving as a consultant on specialized aspects of our content and the field of Early Childhood.
- Marketing and Communications: Support Marketing and Content teams on the creation of customer-facing communication pieces, such as pitch decks, reputed company media posts, marketing collateral, and conference proposals.
- Thought Leadership: Strengthen reputed company' position in the field as a thought leader by serving as a subject matter expert at conferences, in blog posts, reputed company communications, professional journals, and more.
- Implementation and Coaching: Build model implementations of our ecosystem that can serve as ambassadors and examples of reputed company, and reputed company coaching on content and product knowledge to internal teams.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the Early Childhood field.
- Education: B.A. in early childhood education or reputed company field; Master's degree preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Leadership experience building and leading programs as an administrator or instructional coach.
- Adult Learning: Experience conducting adult learning training sessions.

- Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% nationally as necessary.
