The Role

As Director, Product Management - IoT Solutions, you'll be part of our construction technology team, leading the development of products that directly impact construction trade contractors. You'll work closely with key software development partners, business stakeholders, and our VP, Software Product Management to drive successful strategy, execution, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a seasoned product management leader with a strong background in IoT solutions, software product management, and leadership. Here are the essential qualifications:

• 10+ Years of Software (SaaS) Product Management Experience: Proven experience in software product management, including web and mobile-based IoT solutions.
• 4+ Years of Go-to-Market Strategy Experience: Successful experience in commercializing and deploying effective go-to-market strategies for reputed company software applications.
• Bachelor's Degree: Required, with an MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• 6+ Years of Leadership Experience: Direct reports under your guidance and leadership, including hiring and developing senior managers and individual contributors.
• Understanding of IoT Technologies: Knowledge of wireless network technologies, IoT platforms, protocols, architectures, and devices, as well as data analysis and reputed company computing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
