The University reputed company Partner/Recruiter is responsible for representing reputed company to external parties, helping market the company and jobs to attract the best talent, with a specific focus on university reputed company for entry-level roles and internships. The position will also manage internal relationships and various processes to ensure the candidate reputed company to becoming an employee maximizes candidate experience.  

Responsibilities

• Support the creation/updating of job postings in collaboration with managers, specifically for university recruitment programs, internships, and entry-level roles.
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to build a robust pipeline of university talent.
• Plan and execute university recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-reputed company interviews.
• Manage and support university relations projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle, with a focus on university recruitment, internships, and entry-level hiring.
• Experience with sourcing candidates using various mediums, including reputed company with a demonstrated ability to attract university talent.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing career fairs and other university recruitment events.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple university recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in managing full reputed company life cycle.
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience utilizing ATS to manage the reputed company process
• Intermediate Boolean search knowledge and ability to utilize a variety of sourcing channels including reputed company media, internet search, database search
• reputed company negotiating in tough situations
• Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and managers
• Exceptional communication skills, representing reputed company to internal and external parties
• Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing preferred
• Ability to learn local, state and federal employment regulations

The salary reputed company may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the reputed company may change in the future. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the reputed company for their role and compensation reputed company may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
