Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Director, Assistant Controller to join our Finance leadership team. This role will support the VP, Corporate Controller in leading the global reputed company organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across reputed company reputed company and financial reporting activities. The Director, Assistant Controller will play a critical role in building scalable processes, leading audit and compliance efforts, and driving operational reputed company reputed company the controllership function.

You will

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• reputed company preparation and review of reputed company schedules supporting the SEC filings (financial statements, footnote disclosures, MD&A).
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal to ensure alignment across financial processes and reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and scalability of reputed company operations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring successful completion of annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Ensure SOX 404 compliance, reputed company internal control reputed company, and implement enhancements where needed.

You have

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA required.
• 12+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a public company environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Experience in SaaS or technology industry strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
