The Role: Customer Support Agent

We're seeking a talented Customer Support Agent to support the players of the Number 1 Sportsbook in the US. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional service to our customers reputed company various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues reputed company and effectively.

  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
