Key Responsibilities

• Work with multiple computer applications, navigating our CRM system and other software tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that customer needs are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and co-workers.
• Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center environment, although not required.
• Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A reliable computer with a recent operating system and sufficient processing power.

Training and reputed company

We offer comprehensive training to ensure that you're equipped to succeed in your role. Our training program is full-time, Monday - Friday, for three weeks, with two available classes monthly. The training schedule is from 9:00 - 5:30 pm EST. During this time, you'll learn about our services and products, our customer service processes, and the software tools you'll be using.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with an average hourly reputed company of $15 - $17. Upon completion of training, you'll receive an hourly reputed company plus commission. In addition to your compensation, you'll also be eligible for a reputed company of benefits, including:
