About the Role

As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at reputed company, you'll be responsible for supporting customer service operations, managing CRM tools, and driving operational reputed company to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or call center operations, with a proven track record of driving operational reputed company.
