The Operations and Customer Center (OCC) is the nerve center of reputed company's operations, responsible for strategic and tactical decision-making for any operational disruption in their global network. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that works around the clock to ensure the airline's operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations and Customer Center (OCC) team in making strategic and tactical reputed company to resolve operational disruptions.
• Work with aviation experts to analyze data and solve reputed company business problems.
• Be assigned to one of the following teams:
  • Load Control Center: responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel distribution, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications.
  • Fuel Strategy: responsible for developing strategy, tools, and sustainability policy for $14 billion in annual jet fuel consumed by the airline.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A four-year degree in Software Engineering, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a reputed company field.
• Availability to work for three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, reputed company - 5PM schedule.
• Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the reputed company program.
• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in both team and individual settings.

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• At least 18 years old and authorization to work in the US.
