About the Role

The Asset Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Asset Management Team in maintaining software compliance, identifying savings opportunities, and making licensing positions visible to reputed company business stakeholders. As an Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Performing data reviews and analysis of software assets, identifying data reputed company issues and root causes of anomalies
• Providing resolution of discrepancies between extracted inventory data and CARTS data
• Supporting efforts to expand total footprint software visibility into the software asset management tool
• Learning, understanding, and providing expertise in appropriate asset management policies and procedures to purchasing teams, reputed company, vendor management, and business owners
• Creating and maintaining process documentation and references
• Initiating cross-collaboration with internal and vendor teams and supporting team members in problem-solving activities
• Supporting the development of the ITAM Control Book and reputed company policies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of wealth management experience with knowledge of industry best practices; or equivalent experience in inventory/materials management
• Solid understanding of hardware and software asset life cycles and supply chain methods and processes; from purchase to disposal
• Experience using reputed company to analyze datasets, including experience with pivot tables and formulas, and the ability to compare different data sets
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and demonstrates the ability to investigate and resolve problems effectively
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, and motivated to take initiative with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and reputed company organizational reputed company of Costco
